Traveling Hot Rod

Honest Charley Speed Shop

Ed Davis stopped by to visit us today and told us all about his journeys in his awesome ’36 Ford Tudor. He has driven this thing all over the country, and he’s in the midst of a great road trip as we speak. Ed lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana and was passing through Chattanooga on his way home, so he stopped by Honest Charley to talk cars with Mike Goodman.

Ed’s ’36 Ford sits low over a set of chrome wire wheels, and uses a 355ci Lingenfelter small block Chevy for power. Behind the small block is a 200-4R overdrive transmission with a Ford 8-inch rear end out back. Oh, by the way, the tag that reads “bagman1” refers to Ed’s job at Vera Bradley…you know, the fancy place that makes purses! Anyway, we’re glad Ed stopped by, as it gave us a good excuse to hang out and get some cool shots of his sedan!
